Duties and Accountabilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using PHP, Laravel, React.js, and Node.js, ensuring high performance and exceptional user experiences.
Integrate third-party APIs and other essential programs to enhance application functionality and data processing capabilities.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements, propose solutions, and deliver successful outcomes.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

Selection Criteria:

Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic background and theoretical knowledge.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in web development, showcasing proficiency in PHP, Laravel, React.js, and Node.js.
Extensive experience in API integration and other relevant programs, effectively utilizing various tools and technologies.
Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting work priorities and demands and tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated strong ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising code quality.
Prior experience in project management, Teamwork, provides outstanding customer service and showcasing leadership capabilities.
