This is a full-time on-site role as an Outlet Supervisor in Karachi Division. The Outlet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and training staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing sales strategies. The Outlet Supervisor will also track and report key performance metrics, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an Outlet Supervisor or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in stock management and retail sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
