Roles & Responsibilities:

Assists in the supervision of all physical movement of stock (goods received from clients/suppliers and goods supplied to subcontractors and site controllers).
Ensures that all documentation and procedures are properly implemented (GRN, Delivery Notes).
Ensures that all materials arrive to the warehouse correctly and in good condition.
Follows up with the warehouse employees and the transport agent for a smooth flow of the material supply process.
Assists the weekly random stock count and the monthly general stock count.

Additional Requirements:

Proven experience in Procurement related to Roll-Out Civil Works
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
Background in companies engaged in EPC projects
Strong network and knowledge of reputable civil works vendors
Sound market awareness and competitive pricing knowledge
Strong understanding of contract management, including drafting, evaluation, and execution of procurement contracts
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
A collaborative team player
