You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company's affiliate marketing program.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Management:

Develop and execute the overall affiliate marketing strategy to maximize revenue and performance.
Monitor and manage the affiliate program, ensuring it complies with industry best practices and company guidelines.

Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding:

Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners that align with our target audience and business goals.
Lead the onboarding process, providing affiliates with the necessary resources and support to effectively promote our products or services.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Utilize data and insights to identify top-performing affiliates and optimize underperforming ones.

Affiliate Campaign Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective affiliate marketing campaigns.
Provide affiliates with promotional materials, tracking links, and other assets to aid their marketing efforts.

Relationship Building:

Foster strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring regular communication and support.
Negotiate and manage commission structures to incentivize affiliates and drive results.

Compliance and Quality Control:

Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and ethical marketing practices.
Monitor affiliate activities to prevent fraudulent or unethical practices.

Affiliate Network Management:

Oversee relationships with affiliate networks and third-party platforms, ensuring seamless integration and tracking.

Reporting and Insights:

Generate regular reports on affiliate program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor affiliate marketing strategies.
