Job Purpose:

Responsible to provide high end content whose primary goal is to deliver world-class knowledge and services to our clients. This is a cross-functional role that will interface with all aspects of our organization from sales to client success, operations, engineering and our support team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting in depth research on industry related topics in order to develop original content
Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media and the company website
Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns
Reviewing, editing and updating existing content to improve readability
Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to understand customers’ needs and increase traffic to the websites
Work with UX designers, other content writers, and marketers to deliver stories that are aligned with business goals

Required Education & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, English, journalism or related filed.
Proven content writing or copywriting experience
A portfolio of published articles
Knowledge of Content Management Systems, like WordPress
Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools (e.g., Mozz and Google Keyword Planner)
Experience using social media for business
Solid writing and editing skills in English
Time-management skills
Ability to guide and motivate team members
