We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our construction company to plan and oversee a wide variety of construction projects from beginning to end.

The candidates desirous of attaining this position should come with;

· Sufficient experience in building constructions and road sector.

· The applicant selected to manage the structural design/construction of company projects and over all site activities.

· Examine/prepare/verify technical drawings and specifications of planned constructions to ensure that executions conform to standards and project requirements.

· Determine design factors and corrections to make way for efficient and cost-effective building solutions.

· The candidate should be able to give presentation and demonstration to the client in a professional manner.

· Well versed in English language with excellent written and communication skills.

· Should have strong coordination with clients and consultants.

· Ability to calculate quantities and can prepare interim payment certificates to the consultants.

Experience:

At least 5 years of professional experience in a well known construction company.

Qualification:

BS in Civil Engineering (PEC Registered)

Location:

Peshawar Head office/Site-based
