· Candidate will be part of sales team including the responsible for closing sales deals over telephone and social media, maintaining good customer relationships.

· Good communication skills for engaging existing and new potential clients on the phone and other social media platform

· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about new products or services using scripts.

· Answer queries from customer about product or company.

· Ask questions to understand customer requirements.

· Generate new prospects and leads.

· Enter and update customer’s information into database.

· Take and process order in accurate manner.

· Keep record of calls and sales and note useful information.

· Monthly emoluments includes (salary, bonus, commission and reward )

Requirements:

· Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roles.

· Ability to learn about product/services and explaining it to customer satisfaction.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

· Candidate with Inter/Bachelors is preferred.
