JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordination of all logistics activities at the Logistics Onshore Base related to personnel and material management through Fast Boat & Supply Vessels
Management and coordination for un-interrupted and smooth supply of material, fuel and water for offshore operations
Planning and management of loading and unloading of personnel and cargo including dangerous goods at the base thereby ensuring that these are stowed according to regulatory requirements
Conduct inspections of all carriers to ensure they are in proper working condition prior to any activity
Ensuring complete safety at the Marine Base and manage all lifting operations, respecting the Company procedures, especially related to Logistics and HSE
Prepare required documentation and reports for personnel and material movements

SKILLS

Deep knowledge of shipping/customs Rules & Regulations with special emphasis on the regulations applicable to the E&P industry for offshore operations
Proven experience especially in logistics & materials management related to Drilling operations
