Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Outstanding grammatical, writing and communication skills in English
Expertise in writing software manuals or technical documents
Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
Study product/ software samples and conduct interviews with product/software designers and developers
Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users 'understanding
Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos
Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers
Responsible for the revision of the documents

Job Requirements:

English language skills are strongly required
Experience in MS Office
Experience in Adobe Frame Maker
