Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in managing end to end of all warehousing related activities:Major Duties / Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse operations in coordination with 3rd party warehousing company personnel.
Implementation of First in First Out system while ensuring quality and safety of stocks.
Process orders in a timely manner.
Manage systemized documentation of order processing via Baan (ERP).
Issue relevant documentation such as Loading Slips and Gate Passes based on Delivery Order.
Plan routes for dispatching of orders in the most cost-effective manner.
Compare orders against the inventory on hand and in transit.
Ensure match between documented and actual inventory.
Understand & comply with company's Health, Occupational Safety & Environmental Safety policies and SOPs related to the area of responsibility.
Contribute towards making the warehouse a safe place to work for everyone by reporting accidents, near-misses and unsafe acts to the concern.
Ensure that the warehouse is a safe place to work by eliminating potential hazards.

IFFCO is a United Arab Emirates based business conglomerate that manufactures and markets a well integrated range of mass-market consumer products. It entered Pakistan in the year 2005, by acquiring two companies Evian and BOT on January 16, 2006. IFFCO Pakistan began its sales operations in the month of May 2006, by launching and actively marketing its various international brands in major household categories. The brands are namely, Golden Sun and Aghaaz in the cooking oil and banaspati ghee category. Later, other brands in the same category were launched as well, such as Evian targeting institutions, and Sunny cooking oil with a new packaging innovation targeting the pouch consumers segment of the market. Moreover, it is also engaged in trading of other food categories such as frozen foods and edible oils to major institutions across the nation. The Food Services Department markets the IFFCO products to the institutions in specialized SKU packs. Their major contribution comes from supplying oil and fats to HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes).
