We are looking to hire a marketing officer who will be responsible to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands and also manage the customer’s queries and complaints.
Responsibilities
- Develop effective marketing and sales campaigns.
- Help create customer research databases.
- Creating marketing campaigns to promote products or services to different platforms.
- Research to target the best audience and maximize reach.
- Work to enhance organization’s brand identity.
- Dealing with customers through phone calls and email.
- Improve customer insights with data.
- Meet with customers and visit their locations and fulfill the customer needs.
- Communicate with customers effectively and clearly
Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in marketing
- Computer proficiency
- Handling social media and excellent knowledge in MS Office.
- Build client relationships.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a customer oriented approach.
