Export costing.
Costing related to new induction of SKU.
Reconciling of data entered into system.
Review DO and Sales invoices for rates and tax related figures.
Coordinating with Tax Dept for monthly returns and reconciling the ledgers.
Working on Cashflow/funds requirement (Need analysis).
Reconciling the Dust/Scrap Sale.
Reconciling the Gate shop Sale.
Reconciliation of party ledgers.
Weekly closing report and Monthly Closing report.
Updating of price list for in house system and IDMS.
Entering and reconciling monthly claims of distributors.
Dealing with all sales team queries.
Preforming the Any other task assigned by line Manager.

Role and Responsibilities

100 % reconciliation of data entered into system on weekly basis and sharing the report with line manager.
Maintain OTIF upto 95% in purchasing and clearing the payments to vendors with coordination of Admin team.
On time processing of distributors claims and field force salaries every month. timeline will be decided by line manager.
Reconciling the sales report before every month end in system.
