ilmi City is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR). This is for Lahore Office.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelors or equivalent practical experience of 2 years.
Responsibilities
• Answering customer inquiries, entering and give details about our courses.
• Convince students to take admission in our courses.
• Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to a successful resolution.
• The resource must be fluent in English & Urdu language.
• The resource should have a confident personality.
• Should have the ability to meet his monthly sales target.
• Working effectively in a team environment to meet goals and objectives.
• Provide expert answers to questions about courses, pricing, and availability.
• Capture clients’ comments and feedback regarding market trends and pricing.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Solve customer problems and find the best possible solutions.
• Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Outbound and inbound call center experience would be added value.
• Sales, customer support and follow up through telephone, chat email along with interdependent coordination
