We are looking for a competent and motivated Assistant Manager – Services to support our growing after-sales service operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring prompt service delivery, technical support, and customer satisfaction in line with the company’s standards.
Supervise and coordinate service team activities, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diesel generators.
Monitor service schedules and ensure timely and quality execution of maintenance tasks.
Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and prompt issue resolution.
Prepare and manage service reports, customer feedback logs, and inventory usage.
Assist in training technicians and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for the timely availability of spare parts.
Identify areas for service improvement and support the implementation of process enhancements.
