We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the entire customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential and existing customers.

Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sale service.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and customer service (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
