We are looking for an excellent HR Executive to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

Liaising with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
Translating requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
Creating and designing effective trainings according to the training need assessment
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

Requirements

Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills; both written and verbal
Experience in creating delivering training
Must have an MBA degree with majors in HR
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
