We are looking for Retail operations managers, who are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail store or chain of stores. They manage staff, inventory, and budgets, and ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience.

Typical duties of a retail operations manager may include:

Managing staff:

Retail operations managers are responsible for hiring, training, and supervising employees.
They may also be involved in scheduling staff and ensuring that all employees are following store policies and procedures.

Inventory management:

Retail operations managers are responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of inventory and ordering new products when necessary.
They also ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.

Customer service:

Retail operations managers ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience by training staff on how to interact with customers and handling customer complaints and issues.

Sales and marketing:

Retail operations managers may be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and drive traffic to the store.
They may also be involved in setting prices and creating promotions.

Budget management:

Retail operations managers are responsible for managing the store's budget, including expenses and revenue.
They may be involved in creating budgets and financial reports and ensuring that the store is profitable.

Store maintenance:

Retail operations managers ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
They may be responsible for overseeing repairs and maintenance, as well as ensuring that the store meets health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management or related field
Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
