· Complete daily task assign by department heads.

· Support of POS User’s, system/Network issues, I-Vend/SAP with the supervision of Heads.

· Checking POS system is working properly or not.

· Installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines of department heads.

· Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.

· Handle Printer, Extensions issues.

· Windows Configuration & Troubleshooting.

· DHCP Client Configuration.

· Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems.

· Trains and orients staff on use of hardware and software.

· Recommends or upgrades systems to ensure longevity.

· Windows Deployment server, client image capturing and deployment.

· Remote connectivity.

· Look After Branches Servers & Backup.

· Systems servicing & blouring as per schedule with the help electrician.

· Hardware & Software Inventory as per assign by heads.

· Gave requisition to H.O for new of hardware and software.

· Assesses functional needs to determine specifications for purchases.

· Assists in maintaining LAN/WAN records and, as appropriate, telephone systems cable

· Daily Reporting.

· Proper Maintain Complaint Log.
