The Project Director will be responsible:

To manage core software development initiatives, project level resource assignments, time estimates, and project planning details.
For driving agile processes, design, and coding standards with expertise in Embedded Software Development and Machine Interfacing architecture, design, and development in JAVA platform.
Leading all enterprise-wide software development activities. The candidate will influence the entire project life cycle (gathering/analysis, development, deployment and maintenance).

Budgetary Responsibilities:

Review, analyze, evaluate and recommend budget plans on staffing and capital expenses for the Project.

Requirements:

BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
PMP / PRINCE 2 Certification will be preferred.
10 – 12 years of relevant work experience with large enterprise and 5+ years’ experience in managing software projects & development teams;
Solid development experience with JAVA Platform. In-depth and hands-on knowledge of web application architecture, design and development;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
