SEO Specialist (Search Engine Optimization)

We are looking for Search Engine Optimizing (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to manage various projects both international and local. Incumbent will be responsible for managing all SEO / SEM activities including but not limited to keyword research, competitor analysis, content development, link building, back linking, etc including any other activity or strategy as per latest changes on platforms.

Responsibilities

· Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

· Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

· Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing

· Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

· Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

· Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations

· Develop and implement link building strategy

· Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code

· Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

· Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.

· Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.

· Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.

· Optimize web properties for traditional search as well as for universal search, mobile search, video search, image search, international search and more.

· Participate in team development and building activities

Requirements

· Must be graduate

· Proven SEO /SEM experience of atleast 1.5 year

· Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

· In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc

· Located in Karachi

· Good command over written and spoken English
