This is an Inbound US Campaign
1. Past Experience with Xfinity, AT&T & Spectrum and Energy campaigns.
2. Must Possess Strong Communication Skills with good accent
3. Understand customer needs
4. Meet and exceed sales targets
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build a long-term relationship
6. 1-4 years of Sales Experience
7. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
8. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
9. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Compensation: Basic Salary + Incentives + Commissions + Bonuses
Working Days: 5 Working Days in a Week.
Timings: 8pm - 5am
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
