Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the organization's compensation and benefit strategy to meet the organization's objectives in line with market competitiveness. These programs may include:
o Preparation of annual salary budget. Keeping in view internal and external equity.
o Job evaluation and job grading.
o Regular salary and benefit surveys.
o Employees’ retention policies
o Payroll administration (in a SAP environment would be an added advantage).
- Lead and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
