We are currently seeking an experienced Fronter to join our dynamic team for a Final Expense Insurance Campaign. This is an on-site position requiring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients regarding Final Expense insurance plans
Qualify leads and transfer warm leads to closers
Maintain professionalism and product knowledge during all interactions
Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Accurately update CRM with call outcomes and relevant details
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fronter in a call center (Final Expense campaign preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be comfortable working night shifts (8:00 PM to 3:30 AM)
Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
