Requirements:

Proven 4–5-year experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant or similar role
Knowledge of databases, systems security and troubleshooting
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
Deep knowledge in generating process documentation
Strong English written and verbal skills including technical writing skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Exceptional all-round communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Hands on experience with software development and documentation
Must be able to write User Manuals, BRS (Business Requirement Specification) and SRS (Software Requirement Specification)
Solid knowledge of business information systems
Familiarity with programming languages like JavaScript, HTML/CSS, .NET, REACT, C++ and Java
Must be able to understand FIX and SWIFT protocols specifications
Ability to explain technical details
Interpersonal and good teamwork skills
