The Invoice Processor is responsible for creating and reviewing invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies, as well as verifying that appropriate approvals have been obtained. The Invoice Processor also resolves discrepancies with vendors and updates invoices in the accounting system. In addition, the Invoice Processor may be responsible for processing payments to vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

Create and review invoices for accuracy and completeness
Enter invoices into accounting software/Excel Sheet for record
Resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders
Obtain approvals for invoices from concerns
Generate payments for approved invoices
File paid and unpaid invoices.
