Perform defined tasks per documented instructions/processes.
Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
Create a workflow to manage company documents, ensure that all documents are up to date.

Operate spreadsheet programs and other types of software to load and manipulate data and to produce reports.

Troubleshoot software and hardware problems that are reported.
Report any problems or malfunctions to the person in charge.
Respond to program error messages by finding and correcting problems or terminating the program.
Keeps technology skills up-to-date. This includes training on new equipment and software, learning new or modified procedures and reading technical manuals.
Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
Very good command on English reading and writing.
