About this Job:
We require an experienced person who can handle day to day operations including the users feedback and their complaint resolutions.The goal is to keep the games running in an efficient manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Handle user feedback, complaints and queries regarding games
- Take ownership of customer issues and following problems through to their resolution
- Improving customer service experience, creating engaged customers and facilitating organic growth
- Testing & troubleshooting of games on both iOS and Android platforms (Texts and Bugs)
- Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Education/Experience Requirements:
- At least a year's Experience in providing customer service support
- Proficiency in English
- Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Some designing skills to manage Social Media Pages if required
- BS degree in Business Administration or related field
