Working for Insure 123 as a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for attending calls, questions and providing information to customers for the company.
Your duties are specified below:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge and experience in insurance is a plus.
- Ability to stay calm while handling customers.
- Candidates with good typing skills are preferred.
- Decent communication skills are necessary.
- Must be comfortable working with Microsoft Office and other similar softwares.
