We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales broker to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. responsibilities include sales calls, marketing and providing complete process guidance to buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing of different approved societies.
Provide Research and services to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property on good price.
Work as per the need of the client and financial abilities to propose investment areas of property and construction.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
Visit real property to possible buyers.
Complete documentation and paperwork.
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Promote sales through advertisements.

Requirements

Working experience of Real Estate.
Ability to work independently.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Rewards:

Basic Salary plus attractive commissions.
