This individual will be responsible for creating high-quality, modern designs for our web and mobile applications, and for planning and organizing the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product stakeholder
Create user-centred designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups
Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design to enhance user experience
Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and design skills

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in the field of software design and planning
Experience with design software and wireframe tools, such as Figma or Adobe Photoshop
Strong portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web and mobile applications
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred)

Experience:5+ years of experience in software design and planning

This is a full-time position.
