Outbound Sales Specialist

You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential business clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products & services as solutions. Your goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive sales growth, and contribute to the overall success of our company. This position involves a combination of lead generation, prospecting, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Research and identify potential business clients through various sources.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Client Engagement:

Initiate outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients.
Effectively communicate the value of our [products/services] to potential clients.
Listen to client needs, provide solutions, and address objections.

Relationship Building:

Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients\' business goals and challenges.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Sales Targets:

Meeting monthly, quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company objectives.
Share insights and best practices to enhance team performance.
