Reporting & Documentation:

  • Assist PM to submit progress report to all stakeholders including PMO.
  • Assist PM to maintain / up-to date project status related data in ERP on daily basis.
  • Create, manage and float any necessary documentation for Move Plans, Issue Logs, Risk log, Event Logs and Move Logs etc.
  • Responsible to maintain all project related documentation in an approved versions state and to replicate the same in PMO store folder.
  • Alert Project Manager/Team if a project stays out of the originally set parameters
  • Track and report project milestones and provide status/progress reports to Project Manager
  • Provide insight on process improvements or resources/tools opportunities
  • Maintain project archives throughout life cycle as per SOP defined by PMO.
  • Collect daily status update from team and apprise it to Project Manager.
  • Ensure complete planning within given time and as per PMO specified formats / standards.

1.2 Coordination & Consultation:

  • Assist PM for managing and coordinating all aspects of engagement of project.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for the project team.
  • Systematically interact with project staff to ensure that all project elements are delivered within their schedules.
  • Facilitate planning meetings and workshops.
  • Assist Project Manager to solve problems throughout project life cycle
  • Coordinate and deal with third party for successful delivery of project Objectives.

1.3 Monitoring & Evaluation:

  • Assist PM to conduct regular audits reviews of implementation for its compliance with approved design and quality standards.
  • Assist PM to monitor vendor work progress as per specification and quality standards.
  • Assist PM to monitor teamwork performance including the SMEs, Technical Lead & Team members and recommend suitable measures to keep progress on track.
  • Assist PM to ensure that the agreed milestones as per Project Plan are delivered on time.
  • Frequently visit project sites to monitor project progress.
  • Assist PM to conduct regular progress meetings with Internal / External stakeholders and float meeting minutes.
  • Maintain close coordination with all IAC support departments for smooth project delivery
  • Assist PM to prepare Lesson learned report after project closure.
  • Assist project manager for smooth project sign-off once the project is completed.
