UI / UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital Projects/Products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Department/Project managers to create user-friendly and visually appealing designs
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Create high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual standards
Work closely with developers/PM to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively
Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users and clients

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful design solutions
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
Familiarity with web design, mobile design, and responsive design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
