International Consulting Associates Pvt. Ltd., a Management and Financial Consultancy firm is currently seeking a qualified and committed candidate to join our Business Development team in Lahore on a full-time basis. The individual will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of business development targets, dealing with private-sector and public-sector clients on a regular basis.

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and shortlist relevant market opportunities tendered by private and public-sector organizations,
Identify and coordinate contact efforts with relevant strategic partners for shortlisted opportunities,
Manage database of and liaise with affiliated consultants to ensure timely input is obtained for BD activity,
Manage and update database of company credentials to be used in BD activity,
Coordinate timely development and delivery of technical and financial proposals for relevant market opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors’/Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related fields;
2-4 years’ experience of working in business development or other related roles (experience with consulting firms preferred);
Knowledge of public and private sector procurement methods and rules;Excellent command of Microsoft Office (particularly MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)Report Writing and Data Presentation experience;
Analytical skills, creative problem solving and commercial awareness;
Multi-tasking ability, and adaptable to working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Location

The position is based in Lahore, with intermittent travel to other cities in Pakistan.
