As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic technology team of highly technical developers and architects who work on a complex applications used by our customers.

You will be responsible for collaborating with team members and hands-on contributors in designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting business solutions that meet our client’s needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Candidates will work on developing our Applications in Angular JS/12, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Responsive Design, and Reactive Programming in a continuous deployment/integration environment. Depending on their experience, candidates may also work on REST services and other middle-tier technologies.
Analyzes system requirements, including identifying program interactions and appropriate interfaces between impacted components and subsystems.
Mentored and lead developers by cultivating curiosity and deep technical understanding.
Partner with a cross-functional team to imagine, design, develop, and test.
Participate in the development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and delivery of large-scale software applications, systems, and services.
Actively participate in architecture and design discussions.
Build relationships with Development Managers, Engineers, and Project Managers across various teams.
Participate in Agile project management methodologies to provide technical leadership and project management for all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Constantly strive to raise the bar on engineering excellence.
Stay up to date with tools, trends, technologies, and frameworks and develop a proof of concepts.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Technical requirements

Fluent in typescript/javascript.
Participation in a hybrid migration project from Angular JS to Angular 2+ is highly desirable.
Fluency in Node.js.
Knowledge of relational databases, primarily Postgres.
AWS/GCP cloud database knowledge is highly desirable.
Kubernetes and Docker's knowledge is highly desirable.
CSS and front-end styling knowledge.
Building custom components in Angular.
An excellent individual contributor, with good discipline given that this role is fully remote
Experience with any of the following is a plus: AWS, GCP, disaster recovery, database replication, HA and Clustering, various Linux distros, BASH or another shell scripting, DNS management, OpenSSL, TCP/IP understanding, GKE.
