Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Website Developer is responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing in IDRF’s organizational vision and developing its strategic presence through the coordination of design elements for all marketing campaigns and IDRF activities.

You’ll work alongside the Digital Marketing team in Pakistan in cultivating a fast, innovative website that effectively builds identity and ultimately drives donations and experiences to IDRF’s overall strategic direction.

To succeed in this role will require excellent website knowledge and skill while developing a strong level of initiative, attention to detail, and collaborative skills. As an honest contributor and representative of the work we do, you’ll be expected to embrace and propel IDRF’s overall direction, while upholding the virtues and principles that inform all of our work as we serve the local community and many more around the world.

The specific responsibilities include:

Managing IDRF’s Wordpress-built website, which includes building custom WordPress plugins as needed, optimizing, and updating existing site based on supplied designs or front-end templates
Run security audits and site performance reviews
Assist with data migration and micro-site launches
Identifying problems uncovered by customer and team feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Web development or related field, or relevant experience.
3 Years Web Development Experience, coding HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript
Minimum 2 years of WordPress Theme & Plugin development experience is a must-have
Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.
Dedicated team player.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology.
High degree of independent judgment.
Able to solve complex problems.
