Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor the field activities based on project implementation plan as per approved monitoring and evaluation tools.
  • Monthly data collection, data entry & data analysis based on project requirements with ensuring from data accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide timely inputs for new initiatives and improvements on M&E issues to the management team.
  • Participate in the project’s quality, implementation, particularly through identifying weaknesses and strengths in M&E issues and report to the management team.
  • Participate in the evaluation of the project’s results and achievements.
  • Actively participate to project implementation & coordination meetings.
  • Provide inputs to project reports and publications upon request of the management team.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly schedule of monitoring and evaluation related activities.
  • Provide support to program for smooth implementation of the project implementation and execution
  • Develop field plans with the consultation of field team and stockholders

Qualification

University degree in social sciences, IT, Business or Public Administration, Economics is desirable 

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of progressively experience responsible in monitoring and evaluation and data management of the projects at the national or international level is an advantage.
  • Well-developed analytical and writing/presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge and skills of Information Technology, in order to support the development and maintenance of database system of the project
  • Desirable to have specialized formal training on IT systems, database, business software (Microsoft Office and Outlook), and/or web-based applications
  • Team player, able to work respectfully and cooperatively with colleagues or different national and cultural backgrounds.
  • Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages
  • Demonstrated personal commitment to peace, tolerance, and development
