Recruitment Executive

We at International Petrochemicals Pvt Ltd are looking for a Recruitment Executive with at least 2 years of recruitment experience, to help us with looking for and with finding the right candidates and helping with the administration of the company. We expect a good level of English speaking person. The candidate must be at a very high level with their telephone skills and interpersonal skills. Proven working experience in recruiting
Deep understanding of recruitment processes
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
Client focus along with relationship building skills
Business acumen and market insight
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Integrity and confidentiality
BS degree in Human Resources or related field
Candidates from BPO industry will be preferred

You’ll be a tenacious self-starter with the ability to take the initiative to find the best candidates. Strong communication skills and a proactive nature are essential and you must be able to speak confidently to people at all levels. You will be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. We will provide full training and the opportunity to develop within a truly international organization. BPO industry hiring experience is a plus.
