Production Merchandiser / Manager

We are a startup company, launching a new lifestyle brand. We are searching for a Production Merchandiser with at least 5 years experience coordinating unstitched and stitched ladies ethnic wear items. The position will be for Lahore.

Essential Job Functions

Create seasonal line architecture/numeric plans
Research competitive positioning and trends
Coordinate initial forecast, by style, based on design and historical sales data
Set cost targets based on pricing strategy and historical data
Provide cross functional leadership– ensure decisions are made and design/ development process progresses
Recap all meeting notes with all cross-functional partners from seasonal reviews
Evaluates current business processes to identify improvements and leverage infrastructure
Build yearly development calendar by season starting with Line Arch/Numeric plans to Sales meeting and buy dates.
Solve and Support Seasonal workflow fluctuations
Manage Inline and SMU Product

Required Education and Experience
