Urgent Hiring at Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd.

This position is responsible for booking, rectifying , closing customer complaints and to cater all internal complaints.

1. Prepares complaint analysis for booking and rectification for sites/factory.

2. Coordinates with concerned departments (sales /complaints department in factory) for timely resolution of complaint.

3. Actively participates in resolving complaints from start to end.

4. Prepares work schedules for carpenters/polish men to avoid any delay in resolving comnplaint.

5. Authorizes material to be used for complaint rectification and handovers to carpenter/polish man.

6. Informs clients about installation (work and time).

7. Prepares daily complaint reports.

8. Ensures complaints are updated on ERP on daily basis.
