Data Scientist

Interwood Pakistan is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to extracting valuable insights from our data. The successful candidate will lead various data processes, including data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing, and collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Key Duties:

Understand business objectives and develop models to achieve them, along with metrics to track progress.
Manage resources effectively, including cloud infrastructure and data assets.
Conduct data exploration and visualization to understand data characteristics and identify differences that could affect model performance in deployment.
Ensure data quality and cleanliness. Supervise the data acquisition process if additional data is needed, and identify potential online data sources for training.
Develop and implement validation strategies to assess model effectiveness.

Qualification and Experience:

Proficiency in manipulating large datasets and a strong understanding of statistical software and data analysis frameworks.
Experience in data modeling, analysis, and visualization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
