Strategize and align all resources to achieve long term growth in profits and optimizing the operational cost of production.
Ensure that production strategies and processes must meet business objectives and operational needs efficiently and effectively in terms of price, quality and delivery targets.
Plan and strategize the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities.
Develop a culture of a continuous improvement and encompassing the lean principles to minimize the waste and improve efficiency and quality.
Develop and manage production and operations budgets, and ensure that the product is produced according to agreed cost, quality and timelines.
Create and implement best practices, manufacturing strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
