We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and eager to contribute to the success of our organization. The individual is responsible for keeping track of our daily profits and keep documents in order for the week. Training will be paid
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting regulations
Qualifications:
- Any College or post secondary diploma/degree
