Key Accountabilities

  • Find and hunt clients, companies for software related projects
  • Prepare proposals according to clients an company for projects
  • Schedule appointments, prepare and deliver presentation to the client, having
  • researched their business and requirements.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, clients and projects
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-project completion support
  • Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Emails and cold calling to potential customers to prospect for business.
  • Work with team to achieve goals
  • Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way.
  • Monitoring International market performance by reviewing Trade Media and

keeping clients updated with the same and provide investment adviceaccordingly.

Competencies Required

1-Knowledge

  • Must have basic knowledge of software industry
  • Must be aware of Major clients, Research/ Regulated institutions in Commodity

Trading

  • Must be updated on “The impact of International Events on the prices of the

commodities that we Trade in.”2-Skills / Experience

  • Must have experience of leads generations, prospecting, order closing and

project management.

  • Experience of software House as BDM minimum 2 years.
  • Good knowledge of IT services and products e.g. Web designing, SEO, Digital marketing,

Software development.

  • Best communication and self-corresponding skills.
  • Experience of planning, budgeting, and business operations.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Exceptional Negotiation skill & Convincing Power
  • Must be a team player.
  • Excellent stress manager
