UI / UX Designer

We are looking for experienced UI/UX Designer to be part of our development team.

Responsibilities

Plan concepts by studying project brief.
Draft concepts by designing examples of logos, social media designs, illustrations and Web design(ui/ux).
Prepare finished art for delivery
Coordinate with cross functional teams as necessary.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
Quickly review, make & suggest improvements to existing design.
Must be able to thrive in a collaborative workplace and actively engage in project development process.
Create and maintain workflows with teams to provide visibility and to ensure workload balance for consistent visual designs
Meet regularly with business stakeholders/management to understand and refine business and functional requirements and determine project scopes and specifications.
Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour.
