Our team at IOITSOL is looking for a Business Development/Lead Generation Manager to bid on various online Freelance platforms. The candidate will be required to:

-Communicate and coordinate with clients according to their business requirements.

Generate new business opportunities and bring in new customers through online freelancing platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, and Guru etc.

Analysis to work on all new business development opportunities acquired by different channels Providing quotations, pre and post-sales support to the customers.

Develop and review action plans to manage customer expectations with development, deployment and support teams.

Job Description:

We are looking forward to growing our client base and for that, we are looking for Online Business Development Manager to join our team.

  • Candidate must have strong knowledge and bidding experience in Upwork / Freelancer/ Guru / 99 Design / Fiverr and other business portals to generate leads and develop business.
  • You will be responsible for: Understanding Already completed Projects domain, Understanding Technologies used in the existing completed projects.
  • Expanding to other major freelancing platforms.
  • Available to talk over Skype with other team members.
  • Writing each Bid exactly according to the job post Will be a big plus if: You know how to configure and use WordPres You will be required to sign NDA for this job.

Job Specification:

We are looking for an individual with the following skills:

 - Ability to convince others and win projects using your words

- Strong Communication Skills

- Good teamwork skills

- Creativity- Analysing and investigating price, demand, and competition

- Writing reports- IT Skills

- Monitoring performance of the bids and adopting best methods

- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies Business Developer will create the client

-age, generate business leads by using different portals and let the leads mature.

Business Developer must have good English writing and verbal communication skills and he needs to make proper documentation. Responsibilities and Duties Communicate with clients via email, telephone, Skype, WhatsApp and other media if required. Make proper documentation for every detail.

Must have a sound grip over the client handling. Must have good English writing and verbal communication skills Required experience
