A fast-growing IT services provider based in the United States Company is looking for energetic female candidates to fill the position of customer support representative.
- Taking care of incoming calls and making outgoing calls for clients’ issues and queries.
- Communicate with clients on email/phone regarding support issues.
- Providing detailed information to customers.
- Creating tickets on CRM for issues related to IT, VOIP and Internet department.
- Following up on pending tasks with relevant departments.
- Keep records of customer interactions, document the details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Scheduling weekends for staff to take care of clients’ requests on holidays.
- Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Required: Fluent in English
Location: Lahore Base(Onsite Job)
Timings:5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
