Roles and Responsibilities

Assurances of documents submission / circulations among respective engineers & concerned department
OTRS record keeping / monitoring & reporting
Data entry for projects / regional tasks
Maintenance and segregation of all documents for services department
Assistance to project manager during multiple projects being assigned by PMO
Preparation of PR's/ BOQ's / Solutions for regional team & project manager
Preparations of SOP's / Incident Reports

Skills required
