iPlex is seeking an innovative and experienced Director Solar Sales & Marketing to create, cultivate, and manage multiple business relationships to grow our impact in the market.
For this role, you need to be equal parts smart communicator. You need to be excited about the opportunity to generate business but also to do what is necessary to ensure relationships with partners, contractors, and our sales teams are maintained and mutually beneficial. A customer/client focused mindset is critical for you to be successful in this role.
- Develop a comprehensive business strategy.
- Ensure creative and messaging tone is consistent with our product strategy and values.
- Manage marketing budget for staffing and resources
- Identify and manage required vendors to execute the marketing communications plan.
- Be accountable for presenting results.
- Develop replicable marketing programs and place them.
- Develop replicable marketing templates for our partners.
- Enhance current Customer Relationship Management processes
- Identify areas of process improvement – example lead generation to sales pipeline transitions.
- Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments and best practices.
- Implement a brand recognition initiative and measurement process.
Salary is open ended and will be determined durring the interviews. Target based commission and other benefits are provided.
