Job title: Customer Service Representative
Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 PKR + Commission depending on experience
Location: Rehmanabad Metro Stop Rawalpindi
Shift: Night Shift (8PM-5AM)
Responsibilities:
• Following a script to communicate with international clients.
• Advertise Online Quran Academy to the relevant UK, USA, Canada and Europe based families.
• Communicating clearly and effectively
Essential Requirements
• Excellent command of spoken English.
• Minimum 1-year call centre experience (UK, USA or Canadian campaigns)
• Spoken English must be in the UK (or other Western) accent
• Must enjoy talking to people (via phone), as this role is all about people!
• A true professional with a positive attitude.
• Able to work honestly and patiently.
• Must be able to work in a fast past and dynamic work environment.
• Very well organised and reliable.
• A Team player.
• An excellent communicator.
• The ability to persuade and influence without being pushy or aggressive.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Skype.
• Must be able to work night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM) Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs25,000.00 to Rs30,000.00 /month
